Where we ship
At launch we will ship to addresses in the United States only. Shipping to the United Kingdom is planned for a later stage and will be announced on this page.
Processing time
Orders are prepared by our fulfillment partners after payment is confirmed. The expected processing time for each product will be shown before checkout.
Delivery time and cost
Shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on the product, the warehouse it ships from and your address. Both will be displayed at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, holidays or weather.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Multiple packages
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items ship from different locations. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.
